Our Story & Vision

Harmony HealthSpan was born from a desire to revolutionize healthcare. Our founder, Dr. Mindy LeRoy, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, began her career in traditional family medicine and quickly grew frustrated with a system built on short appointments and symptom-masking prescriptions. This approach failed to address the deeper "why" behind a patient's concerns. She saw too many people, especially those struggling with hormonal imbalances, left feeling dismissed, exhausted, and without real answers. Dr. Mindy knew there had to be a better way.

Her vision was to create a different kind of clinic for her Boise and Treasure Valley community. One where hormone health and longevity are the foundation of care, not an afterthought. A place where providers have the time to listen, the expertise to uncover the root cause of complex health issues, and the advanced training to restore balance from the inside out. She dedicated herself to the fields of hormone optimization and regenerative medicine, relentlessly seeking the most effective, evidence-based treatments to help her patients thrive.

Dr. Mindy founded Harmony HealthSpan to provide patients with real solutions beyond conventional care. Dual board-certified, she trained under a national hormone expert and became certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. She is also a peptide specialist through A4M and specializes in restoring balance and vitality through hormone and longevity medicine, helping patients overcome fatigue, weight changes, and aging concerns so they can feel their best for years to come.

Emily Goemaat

MSN, APRN, FNP-C | Nurse Practitioner & Advanced BHRT Specialist

With a background in family medicine and cardiology, Emily brings a strong foundation in preventative health. Certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, she is passionate about hormone balance and supporting patients with chronic conditions such as Lyme, mold, and chronic fatigue. Drawing on her functional medicine education, she approaches care with a root-cause lens and provides telemedicine visits to ensure patients feel heard and supported.

Known throughout the Treasure Valley for her expertise in cosmetic sclerotherapy, she also performs hormone pellet procedures and advanced IV therapies. With a passion for longevity medicine, Celeste strongly believes in Harmony HealthSpan’s vision for the future of healthcare. Patients value her warmth, positivity, and approachable nature, recognizing the uplifting experience she creates at every visit.
